Can I attend The Spring Lodge Retreat midway?

Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend the retreat in full; although it is recommended that  one checks with the administration team if one cannot stay for the full duration.

Are there any concessions on ticket prices?

Unfortunately, there are no concessions available. Students are recommended to seek private sponsorship or undertake fundraising activities.

Can I request a refund if I’m unable to attend?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I purchase a day pass?

Day passes are not available.

How do I apply for a family ticket?

Please use the online registration form which can be found on www.thespringlodge.org/families. Once your form has been received, a member of the administration team will advise you by email as to how to acquire your ticket.

I have a baby/child under two years of age. Do I still need to fill in a family application form?

Although children under the age of two years can attend the retreat for free, a family application form must still be completed. This is to ensure we have full details to comply with the University’s health and safety requirements.

I do not have access to the internet. How can I purchase a ticket?

Please search for a ticket agent via www.thespringlodge.org/ticket-agents/. Alternatively, you can phone the administration team on 0151 733 0333 or 07903 066 583.

Will transport be provided to and from the retreat?

Attendees are required to arrange their own transport to and from the retreat. The University of Nottingham is easily accessible by road and public transport.

Is there free on-site parking?

There is free access to the 24-hour on-site parking.

Where can I access the timetable for the retreat?

Please visit www.thespringlodge.org/program/ on which gives you an overview of the retreat programme.

Do I have to register my child for the Futuwwa Youth Programme?

Once you have completed the registration form and full payment has been received for the retreat, we will automatically reserve a place for each child between 7-14 years with each family registration. But parents may be contacted nearer the time to complete a Futuwwa Youth Programme form. Will there be a mother and baby area where they can listen to the classes?
